OUR STORY!

Manchester Creative Collective Marketing AKA MCCM, was founded in 2019 by Rich Renda, a creative marketer with 20+ years in marketing and design for fashion, B2B, construction and agency experience.

After years of listening to fluffy pitches and industry jargon, Rich decided to go it alone, walking away from the twee-ness of over complicated 'creativity' and build an agency that focuses on honesty, integrity and ultimately, what the client needs.

Fast forward to present day and the concept has become contagious. MCCM is now a solid unit of young, ambitious creative talents, whose sole focus is on driving results for our partners, through collaborative and collective solutions, without the pressure of unnecessary cheese or corporate boundaries.

We now offer support across all areas of digital marketing, including social media, website and ad platforms.

CREATING CREATIVES!

MCCM are dedicated to nurturing talent. We have already employed 3 graduates, trained 2 interns and mentored 2 apprentices to become creative professionals.

'When I graduated, every job I applied for was asking for 3 or more years experience. How can you get the experience without someone giving you a chance?' Our MD Rich explained.

'My vision is to build a team I can share my personal experiences with and impart some of my knowledge, as well as learn from them. Not enough credit or chances are given to young talent.'

We are partnered with Baltic Apprenticeships and local colleges to provide a creative space for aspiring industry professionals. We also have an in-house training facility for mentorship programmes and workshops.
